CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 483

February 7, 2001

TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for The Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation, 2000 Supplement, Senate Document 106-27

Riders are now being accepted for The Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation, 2000 Supplement, which contains annotations of cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States to June 28, 2000. A supplement is printed every 2 years. The 2000 Supplement will consist of approximately 192 pages and is expected to have a delivery date of May 2001.

Although the rider rate for the 2000 Supplement has yet to be determined, your requisitions prior to production allow the printing of these copies during regular press runs. This results in substantial savings, which we are then able to pass along to you. (Note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.) Please be sure to include Jacket Number 69-557 on your requisitions and forward them to the Congressional Printing Management Division, Stop: CSC, by March 5, 2001. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. If you have any questions, contact the Congressional Printing Management Division on 202-512-0224 (or by fax on 202-512-1101).

Sincerely,

JIM BRADLEY
Director, Customer Services
