This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the Plum Book. Please note that the absolute deadline to submit your SF 1s to ride the printing of this publication is October 22, 2004.

The Plum Book will consist of approximately 344 pages in one paper-bound volume. The rider rate is $4. Be sure to include on your requisition. Forward your requisitions to the U.S. Government Printing Office, Congressional Publishing Services (Stop: CSC), North Capitol & H Streets NW., Washington, DC 20401, or fax your requisitions to 202-512-1101, Attn: Ann Bennett.
