This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress, 1774-2005, which includes biographies of the individuals who have served in the Congress of the United States since 1789 and in the Continental Congress between 1774 and 1789. This publication was last printed in 1989. The expected delivery date is May 2005. Your requisition for this publication must be received by the Government Printing Office on or before January 14, 2005.

The estimated cost of this casebound publication (comprising approximately 2,300 pages) is $30. This rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Please include Jacket Number 90 -000 on your requisition and specify if you would like individual mailing containers at an additional cost of approximately $4 per book.
