Circular Letter No. 593August 10, 2005 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Publications This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the below listed Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) publications. If you would like copies of these publications, you must order them directly from GPO as OPM does not stock supplies of any of these publications. Please note that the unit of issue on these publications is 25 per package, thus the smallest amount of an item that can be ordered is 25. These publications will also be available on OPM's Website at http://www.opm.gov/insure/health/index.asp. Your requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 no later than September 6, 2005. Agency field or regional offices should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, D.C. area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork. Important Note: OPM will not be furnishing rider requisition numbers for ordering these publications; please order by item number and title listed below. A separate requisition should be submitted for each different publication ordered. Note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Products are scheduled to be shipped to agency distribution points beginning October 11, 2005. The publications listed below are the revised November 2005 editions. The FEHB Guides provide summary information on the health plans participating in the FEHB Program, with information on the plans available in each state, rates, benefits, accreditation, and quality indicators. They also provide information on program features and enrollment instructions.
