Circular Letter No. 623September 13, 2006 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT: Rider Orders for the Paper Edition of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Titles 42 through 50, revised October 1, 2006 The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) has issued a letter to agency Requisition Officers announcing the opportunity to submit rider orders for the paper edition of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Titles 42 through 50, revised October 1, 2006. We are distributing this information by Circular Letter to help ensure that agencies receive this information in a timely manner. Please note that your requisitions (SF-1s) for the above products are due to the Government Printing Office (GPO) no later than October 13, 2006. Be sure to indicate the number of copies needed for all of the activities in your organization and include the OFR requisition number (NARA06GPO-NF00002) and the appropriate GPO Jacket Numbers (see enclosed list) on your requisitions. Your requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401. The U.S. Government Printing Office is pleased to announce the official launch of the GPO On-Line Paper Catalogue. This catalogue contains information and prices for Blank Paper, Envelopes, Inks, and Services. Our customers can easily "Search" the catalogue items by GPO Property Number, stock category/type, etc. Pricing and expected lead time will be updated every month so customers can plan budgets, purchasing, and work plans accordingly. In addition to the items GPO inventories in our warehouse facility, the catalogue also contains various charts and tables to assist customers in determining what types and quantities of alternate stock they may need. To access the catalogue go to the GPOAccess website, www.gpo.gov/papercontrol and follow the link to the Paper Catalogue at the bottom of the description of our "Paper Control" Section. This page also features a "Contacts" list of names and phone numbers of personnel in GPO's Paper Control Section who will be glad to assist you.
