SUBJECT: Changes in the Set Rate and Billing Cycle for the Congressional Record.

This letter is to notify you of a change to the set rate and billing cycle for the Congressional Record as ordered by Federal Departments and agencies on open requisitions. Effective October 1, 2006, the set rate was increased from $1.11 to $1.14 per 100 pages of the Congressional Record. Also, instead of billing annually for the Congressional Record, GPO will bill agency riders for the Congressional Record on a quarterly basis beginning with the period October 1 through December 31, 2006.
