SUBJECT:OMB Circular No. A-11, "Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget"

This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity for departments and agencies of the Federal Government to submit rider orders for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A11, "Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget".

The estimated rider rate is $8.50 per copy. Please note that this rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. In order to eliminate missing and/or duplicated orders please send your requisition (SF-1) directly to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 or fax directly to 202-512-1260. Because of tight production schedules, your requisition(s) must be received by July 7, 2008. Please be sure to indicate that you are riding GPO jacket number 345-229 on your requisition.

NOTE: Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.

All requisitions submitted must be signed by your agency's authorized personnel as reflected in our agency signature files.
