CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 697 - AMENDMENT TO RIDER RATE AND DUE DATE FOR REQUISITIONSJuly 23, 2008 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the HHS Publication "The Healthy Woman: A Complete Guide for All Ages" The Government Accountability Office (GAO) will shortly publish Volume III of Principles of Federal Appropriations Law, third edition - also known as "The Redbook." The GAO "Advance Notice of Publication" describing this publication is attached to this Circular Letter. The per-copy rider rate for this publication is $15.00. This rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Your requisition must be received in GPO by September 30, 2008. Please be sure to include GAO Requisition No. 8-00030 and GPO Jacket Number 346-662 on your requisitions. If you have any questions, please contact your GPO Agency Publishing Specialist or call Agency Publishing Services on 202-512-0310. The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services publication "The Healthy Woman: A Complete Guide for All Ages". This comprehensive women's health book will cover a broad range of health issues affecting women of all ages. It is a 7 x 10 paperback with approximately 500 pages. For billing purposes, the estimated rider rate is $10.00 per copy, which applies to single destination, local delivery. Agencies will be billed at the actual rider rate. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401, by August 4, 2008. Please be sure to indicate GPO Jacket No. 345-537 on your requisition.
