SUBJECT: Rider Orders for the 2009 Women's Health Calendar

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the 2009 edition of the Department of Health and Human Services publication Women's Health Calendar.

The rider rate for this publication is estimated at $ 1.00 per copy. Please remember to indicate the number of copies required and GPO Jacket 350-415 and HHS Requisition Number 9-01551on your requisition. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.

Rider requisitions (SF-1's) for this product should be submitted to GPO no later than October 29, 2008 . The rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Your requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401.
