CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 762February 22, 2010 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the Overview of the Privacy Act of 1974 The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Overview of the Privacy Act of 1974. The 2010 Edition is a discussion of the Privacy Act’s disclosure prohibition, its access and amendment provisions, and its agency recordkeeping requirements. Tracking the provisions of the Act itself, the Overview provides reference to; and legal analysis of court decisions interpreting the Act’s provisions. The estimated rider rate for this adhesive bound paperback book is $1.25 each, which applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, Room C-809, U. S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 or emailed to requisition@gpo.gov by March 3, 2010. Please be sure to indicate GPO Jacket No. 359-402, DOJ Requisition Number 0-05131on your requisition.
