SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the Overview of the Privacy Act of 1974

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Overview of the Privacy Act of 1974. The 2010 Edition is a discussion of the Privacy Act’s disclosure prohibition, its access and amendment provisions, and its agency recordkeeping requirements. Tracking the provisions of the Act itself, the Overview provides reference to; and legal analysis of court decisions interpreting the Act’s provisions. 

The estimated rider rate for this adhesive bound paperback book is $1.25 each, which applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Requisitions should be forwarded to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, Room C-809, U. S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 or emailed to requisition@gpo.gov by March 3, 2010. Please be sure to indicate GPO Jacket No. 359-402, DOJ Requisition Number 0-05131on your requisition. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.
