CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 792October 4, 2010 TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government SUBJECT:Key Infrastructure (PKI) available at Regional GPO offices This letter is to notify you of the availability to register for PKI through the GPO Registration Authority located in our Seattle, Denver, and Atlanta offices, which enables you to digitally sign documents for submission to the Office of the Federal Register (OFR). File submission via PKI is the preferred method of OFR for receipt of your documents to be printed in the Federal Register. Additionally, in the case of a Continuity of Operations Planning scenario (COOP), PKI submissions are a more reliable and efficient process for receipt of your documents. The Government Printing Office (GPO) will charge $97.00 annually for End Users and $225.00 annually for users of the Local Registration Authority (LRA).
