SUBJECT: Rider Orders for the 2011 Government Paper Samples

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the 2011 edition of the Government Paper Samples published by the United States Government Printing Office.

The rider rate for this publication is $13.00 per copy.  Please indicate the number of copies required, GPO Jacket 214-706 and GPO Requisition Number 8-00108 on your request. Customers who previously submitted orders under Circular Letter #680 are not required to resubmit orders and should have received their orders. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters’ printing officers before submitting the paperwork.

Requisitions (SF-1’s) for this product at the rider rate should be submitted to GPO no later than June 10, 2011.  The rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery.  Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.  Your requisitions should be forwarded to Customer Service, Agency Publishing Services, COMSTAT, Stop CSA, Room 807, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC  20401; or emailed to requisition@gpo.gov; or faxed to (202) 512-1260.
