SUBJECT: U.S. Code, 2006 Edition, Supplement IV

This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the U.S. Code, 2006 Edition, Supplement IV.  Please note that the absolute deadline to submit your SF1s to ride the printing of this publication is June 10, 2011.

The U.S. Code, 2006 Edition, Supplement IV is expected to consist of eight volumes. The estimated rider rate for a complete set of eight volumes is $210 for paper copies and $380 for case bound copies. Be sure to include Jacket Number 63-326 on your requisition and specify paper or case bound copies. If not specified, paper copies will be furnished. Please note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery and that mailing -charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Forward your requisitions to the U.S. Government Printing Office, Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401.
