SUBJECT: Notice of Delivery Address Changes for the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) and International Exchange Service (IES) Rider Copies, and the Reissuance of FY2012 Direct Deal Rider Memorandums

The receiving and distribution sections that process the rider copies for the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) and International Exchange Service (IES) are moving their operations to Laurel, Maryland.

In order to ensure that your publications continue to have timely public accessibility through the FDLP, it is important to update all distribution databases and files. Please share this information with all agency personnel involved with originating or publishing documents that have distribution to the FDLP or IES Program.

FY12 Rider Memorandums:

All FY12 Rider Memorandums issued by Mr. Dwayne Ikaika are being updated to reflect the delivery address changes. Please replace the FY12 Rider Memorandum currently on file with the updated memo and update all distribution databases and files.

The fillable .pdf forms available on GPO’s website (GPO Form 2511 and GPO Form 2693) have also been updated to reflect the address changes.

Effective immediately for all publications scheduled to deliver on or after
December 8, 2011, please see the attached new delivery addresses.
