The Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2013 contains the Budget Message of the President, information on the President's priorities and budget overviews by agency, and summary tables.

Appendix, Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2013 presents detailed information on individual programs and appropriation accounts that constitute the budget. It includes for each Government department and agency the text of proposed appropriations language, budget schedules for each account, new legislative proposals, explanations of the work to be performed and the funds needed, and proposed general provisions applicable to the appropriations of entire agencies or groups of agencies.

Analytical Perspectives, Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2013 contains analyses that are designed to highlight specific subject areas or provide other significant presentations of budget data that place the budget in perspective. This volume includes economic and accounting analyses; information on Federal receipts and collections; analyses of Federal spending; information on Federal borrowing and debt; baseline or current service estimates; and other technical presentations.
This volume also contains supplemental material on a CD-ROM in the printed document with several detailed tables, including tables showing the budget by agency and account and by function, subfunction, and program. These materials are also available on the Internet.

Historical Tables, Budget of the U.S. Government, Fiscal Year 2013 provides data on budget receipts, outlays, surpluses or deficits, and Federal debt over a time period extending from FY 1940 or earlier to FY 2017. To the extent feasible, the data has been adjusted to provide consistency with the FY 2013 Budget and to provide comparability over time.

BudgetCD-ROM.  The CD-ROM contains the full content of the budget documents and most supporting documents for the budget in PDF format. Software to search, display, and print is provided. A number of budget tables are also provided in spreadsheet format.

The Budget of the U.S. Government, FY 2013, will be released in February 2012.  The number of pages will not be known until the last moment.  We will make every effort to hold these prices, but the actual rider rates may have to be adjusted.  However, the approximate costs shown should be sufficient for budgeting purposes.  (Note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery.  Shipping charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.)  Rider requisitions WILL NOT be accepted after January 23, 2012.  Requests for advance copies cannot be honored.
NOTE:  Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC, area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.

Requisitions should be submitted by one of the two following methods: addressed and mailed to Agency Publishing Services, Requisition Section, Mail Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 or emailed to requisition@gpo.gov. Your agency’s authorized personnel as reflected in our agency signature file must sign all requisitions submitted.
