Design
GPO designers are certified in the use of proprietary security software. They create overt and covert features, combining them in secure,
multilayered designs - designs that may define up to ten layers of card material.
Manufacturing
GPO materials experts are masters of security printing and electronics, polymers, and adhesives. Lawyers of material are combined in unique
ways to maximize the fraud-resistant characteristics of the design.
Data Transformation
Personal information is encrypted at the customer's location, then transmitted by secure means, beginning the transformation
of cards into secure credentials.
Personalization
Secure cards are made unique when personal information is printed or laser-engraved. The information is written to an embedded chip and
locked to prevent tampering.
Fulfillment
Personalized cards are affixed to pre-printed or demand-printed letters. Next, they are inserted into envelopes and shipped
to the customer or mailed directly to end-users.
