Ch. Magistrate Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ORDER entered re: 22 Motion to rescind no contact order as to Martha Smalanskas (1), Richard Smalanskas (2). The Motion is DENIED. In the event the alleged victim contacts the defendants, the defendants are to terminate immediately the communication. It is further ORDERED that the Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting this case shall: (1) provide a copy of this Order to the alleged victim; (2) arrange, if the alleged victim's native language is not English, for a Court-certified interpreter to read the Order to her in her native language; (3) explain to the alleged victim the terms of the Court's no contact order as it applies to the defendants, and advise her regarding the government's opinion as to whether she should contact the defendants during the pendency of this case; and (4) file a notice with the Court by October 26, 2012 affirming that he has complied with this Order.
