		<section id="H322A61DF524A422B8FC723CE75332958" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Women’s Option to Raise Kids
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H122D0BEC65B34846AF3420C24AE3C7AC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increased age
			 limit for exemption from TANF participation rate requirements</header>
			<subsection id="HBB980A1B6DDD4D059C4451415373BC6F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 407(b)(5) of
			 the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 607(b)(5)) is amended by striking <quote>12
			 months</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>36
			 months</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H02B6A3C7F72D49B787EA294BBC683D6F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply to fiscal
			 years beginning after fiscal year 2012.</text>
