		<official-title>To require Regional Administrators of the Environmental
		  Protection Agency to be appointed by and with the advice and consent of the
		  Senate. </official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>EPA Regional Oversight Act of
			 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id9C849CC0DDD74C6985B23998304732AB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Regional
			 Administrators of the Environmental Protection Agency</header>
			<subsection id="id8C8C63BA91D74E27B312D114000AD1BC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including
			 Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1970 (5 U.S.C. App. 1), each Regional
			 Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall be appointed by the
			 President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idF0CC93A954404BDC92A57C8795ABBC06"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Incumbents</header><text>Notwithstanding
			 subsection (a), the individuals serving as Regional Administrators of the
			 Environmental Protection Agency on the date of enactment of this Act may
			 continue to serve as Regional Administrators until January 1, 2013.</text>
