    <P>(a) <E T="03">The area.</E> The waters of Corpus Christi Bay within the area described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south shore of Corpus Christi Bay at the “North Gate” of the U.S. Naval Air Station at longitude 97°17′15.0<E T="61">″</E> W.; thence through points at:</P>

    <P>(b) <E T="03">The regulations.</E> (1) No person, vessel or watercraft shall enter or remain in the area at any time, day or night, except with express written approval of the enforcing agency or as a result of force majeure.</P>

    <P>(2) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Chief of Naval Air Training, U.S. Naval Air Station, <PRTPAGE P="534"/>Corpus Christi, Tex., and such agencies as he may designate.</P>
