    <SECTNO>§ 301.22</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Disclosure of damaged furs.</SUBJECT>
    <P>(a) The term <E T="03">damaged fur,</E> as used in this part, means a fur, which, because of a known or patent defect resulting from natural causes or from processing, is of such a nature that its use in a fur product would decrease the normal life and durability of such product.</P>

    <P>(b) When damaged furs are used in a fur product, full disclosure of such fact shall be made as a part of the required information in labeling, invoicing, or advertising such product; as for example:
