    <SECTNO>§ 80.655</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Use of frequencies.</SUBJECT>
    <P>(a) The frequencies available for assignment to maritime support stations are described or listed in:</P>
    <P>(1) Section 80.373 for scope of communications described in § 80.653(b)(1);</P>
    <P>(2) Sections 80.373 and 80.385 for scope of communications described in § 80.653(b)(2); and</P>
    <P>(3) Section 80.389 for scope of communications described in § 80.653 (b)(3) and (4).</P>
    <P>(b) Frequencies must be used only on a secondary, non-interference basis to operational maritime communications.</P>
    <P>(c) Use of frequencies assigned to services other than the maritime radiolocation service is limited to one hour per twenty four hour period.</P>
