    <SECTNO>§ 300.127</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Confidentiality of personally identifiable information.</SUBJECT>
    <P>(a) The State must have on file in detail the policies and procedures that the State has undertaken to ensure protection of the confidentiality of any personally identifiable information, collected, used, or maintained under Part B of the Act.</P>
    <P>(b) The Secretary uses the criteria in §§ 300.560-300.576 to evaluate the policies and procedures of the State under paragraph (a) of this section.</P>
