    <SUBJECT>Program.</SUBJECT>
    <P>The Director of Administration is designated as the official of the Commission who is responsible for implementation and oversight of information security programs and procedures, including ensuring conformity with the provisions of Executive Order No. 12356. He shall chair a committee, composed of himself and representatives of the offices of the Secretary, General Counsel, Executive Liaison and Special Adviser for Trade Agreements, and Operations, that will act on all suggestions and complaints with respect to the Commission's administration of the program. All questions, suggestions, and complaints regarding all elements of the information security program shall be directed to the Director of Administration.</P>
