    <SUBJECT>What records must I maintain concerning my RAP?</SUBJECT>
    <P>You are required to keep records of:</P>
    <P>(a) All data used to complete RAP applications and any supplemental information that you submit for a period of at least 3 years from the date the application is signed; and</P>
    <P>(b) Any operating and/or other records the Director requires you to maintain as a condition of your RAP.</P>
