    <SUBJECT>What does the transportation and disposal conditional exemption do?</SUBJECT>
    <P>This conditional exemption exempts your waste from the regulatory definition of hazardous waste in 40 CFR 261.3 if your waste meets the eligibility criteria under § 266.310, and you meet the conditions in § 266.315.</P>
