    <SUBJECT>Food processing facilities.</SUBJECT>
    <P>(a) The following regulations are disapproved because they conflict with the requirements of 40 CFR Subpart I [formerly § 51.18], “Review of new sources and modifications,” and relax the control on emissions from food processing facilities without any accompanying analyses demonstrating that these relaxations will not interfere with the attainment and maintenance of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards.</P>
    <P>(1) Merced County APCD Rules 210.1-II-J, 210.1-VII-F, 408-C (new sentences two and three), adopted on August 21, 1984, and submitted on October 5, 1984.</P>
    <P>(2) Bay Area Air Quality Management District sections 2-2-119, 2-2-120. Adopted on September 19, 1984, and submitted on October 5, 1984.</P>
