    <SECTNO>§ 60.211</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Definitions.</SUBJECT>
    <P>As used in this subpart, all terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given them in the Act and in subpart A of this part.</P>
    <P>(a) <E T="03">Superphosphoric acid plant</E> means any facility which concentrates wet-process phosphoric acid to 66 percent or greater P<E T="52">2</E>O<E T="52">5</E> content by weight for eventual consumption as a fertilizer.</P>
    <P>(b) <E T="03">Total fluorides</E> means elemental fluorine and all fluoride compounds as measured by reference methods specified in § 60.214, or equivalent or alternative methods.</P>
    <P>(c) <E T="03">Equivalent P</E>
      <E T="52">2</E>
      <E T="03">O</E>
      <E T="52">5</E>
      <E T="03">feed</E> means the quantity of phosphorus, expressed as phosphorus pentoxide, fed to the process.</P>
