    <SECTNO>§ 408.11</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Specialized definitions.</SUBJECT>
    <P>For the purpose of this subpart:</P>
    <P>(a) Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations and methods of analysis set forth in 40 CFR part 401 shall apply to this subpart.</P>
    <P>(b) The term <E T="03">oil and grease</E> shall mean those components of a waste water amenable to measurement by the method described in Methods for Chemical Analysis of Water and Wastes, 1971, Environmental Protection Agency, Analytical Quality Control Laboratory, page 217.</P>
    <P>(c) The term <E T="03">seafood</E> shall mean the raw material, including freshwater and saltwater fish and shellfish, to be processed, in the form in which it is received at the processing plant.</P>
