    <SECTNO>§ 60.121</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Definitions.</SUBJECT>
    <P>As used in this subpart, all terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given them in the Act and in subpart A of this part.</P>
    <P>(a) <E T="03">Reverberatory furnace</E> includes the following types of reverberatory furnaces: stationary, rotating, rocking, and tilting.</P>
    <P>(b) <E T="03">Secondary lead smelter</E> means any facility producing lead from a leadbearing scrap material by smelting to the metallic form.</P>
    <P>(c) <E T="03">Lead</E> means elemental lead or alloys in which the predominant component is lead.</P>
    <P>(d) <E T="03">Blast furnace</E> means any furnace used to recover metal from slag.</P>
