    <SECTNO>§ 60.1635</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>What must I do if I close my municipal waste combustion unit and then restart my municipal waste combustion unit?</SUBJECT>
    <P>(a) If you close your municipal waste combustion unit but will reopen it prior to the final compliance date in your State plan, you must meet the increments of progress specified in § 60.1585.</P>
    <P>(b) If you close your municipal waste combustion unit but will restart it after your final compliance date, you must complete emission control retrofit and meet the emission limits and good combustion practices on the date your municipal waste combustion unit restarts operation.</P>
