Sec. 60.2899  What is a waste management plan?

    A waste management plan is a written plan that identifies both the 
feasibility and the methods used to reduce or separate certain 
components of solid waste from the waste stream in order to reduce or 
eliminate toxic emissions from incinerated waste.
