    <SECTNO>§ 273.60</SECTNO>
    <SUBJECT>Applicability.</SUBJECT>
    <P>(a) The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in § 273.9) is subject to all applicable requirements of parts 264, 265, 266, 268, 270, and 124 of this chapter, and the notification requirement under section 3010 of RCRA.</P>
    <P>(b) The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with 40 CFR 261.6(c)(2).</P>
