                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to executive session for consideration of the following 
nominations on the Executive Calendar: Military nominations reported by 
the Armed Services Committee during today's session. I further ask 
unanimous consent that the nominations be confirmed, the motions to 
reconsider be laid upon the table, the President be immediately 
notified of the Senate's action, and the Senate then resume legislative 
session.
