 COMMENDING AGRI-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAMS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD FOR 
                  THEIR EFFORTS IN WAR-TORN COUNTRIES

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the 
motion to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 1075, 
as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

the resolution, as amended, was agreed to.
  The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
  The title of the resolution was amended so as to read: ``Commending 
the members of the Agri-business Development Teams of the National 
Guard and the National Guard Bureau for their efforts, together with 
personnel of the Department of Agriculture and the United States Agency 
for International Development, to modernize agriculture practices and 
increase food production in war-torn countries.''.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
