URGING A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 1119,
as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the resolution.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentlewoman from Guam (Ms. Bordallo) that the House suspend the rules
and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 1119, as amended.
This will be a 5-minute vote.

The title of the resolution was amended so as to read: ``Expressing
the sense of the House of Representatives that all Americans should
participate in a moment of silence to reflect upon the service and
sacrifice of members of the United States Armed Forces both at home and
abroad.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
