PROVIDING FOR CONGRESSIONAL DISAPPROVAL UNDER THE RULE SUBMITTED BY THE 
  FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION RELATING TO ``WAIVER OF BUY AMERICA 
              REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS''

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the vote on passage of the joint resolution 
(S.J. Res. 38) providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 
of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal 
Highway Administration relating to ``Waiver of Buy America Requirements 
for Electric Vehicle Chargers'', on which the yeas and nays were 
ordered.
  The Clerk read the title of the joint resolution.
