AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE ROTUNDA AND EMANCIPATION HALL OF THE CAPITOL 
    BY THE JOINT CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEE ON INAUGURAL CEREMONIES IN 
   CONNECTION WITH THE PROCEEDINGS AND CEREMONIES CONDUCTED FOR THE 
INAUGURATION OF THE PRESIDENT-ELECT AND THE VICE PRESIDENT-ELECT OF THE 
                             UNITED STATES

  Mr. STEIL. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to take from the 
Speaker's table the concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 35) authorizing 
the use of the rotunda and Emancipation Hall of the Capitol by the 
Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies in connection 
with the proceedings and ceremonies conducted for the inauguration of 
the President-elect and the Vice President-elect of the United States, 
and ask for its immediate consideration in the House.
  The Clerk read the title of the concurrent resolution.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Wisconsin?
  There was no objection.
  The text of the concurrent resolution is as follows:

                            S. Con. Res. 35

       Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives 
     concurring),

     SECTION 1. USE OF THE ROTUNDA AND EMANCIPATION HALL OF THE 
                   CAPITOL.

       The rotunda and Emancipation Hall of the Capitol are 
     authorized to be used on January 20, 2025, by the Joint 
     Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies in connection 
     with the proceedings and ceremonies conducted for the 
     inauguration of the President-elect and the Vice President-
     elect of the United States.

  The concurrent resolution was concurred in.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
