Adopted: July 26, 2000. ____ Docket 2655: Brownsville Ship Channel, Texas Resolved by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the United States House of Representatives, That the Secretary of the Army, shall review the report of the Chief of Engineers for the Brazos Island Harbor, Texas, published as House Document 428, 86th Congress, 2nd Session, and other pertinent reports to determine the feasibility of providing navigation improvements to the Brownsville Ship Channel associated with the Brownsville Deepwater Container Port.
