ANTITRUST POLICY

  Bills and resolutions
      Insurance: prohibit anti-competitive activities and provide that 
        health insurance issuers and medical malpractice insurance 
        issuers are subject to U.S. antitrust laws (see H.R. 99), H30

      ------restore application of Federal antitrust laws to the 
        business of health insurance to protect competition and

      Pharmacies: ensure and foster safety and quality of care and 
        competitive marketplace by exempting independent pharmacies 
        from antitrust laws in negotiations with health and health

        political committees under the Federal Election Campaign Act 
        established and administered by a separate segregated fund of

      Railroads: provide expanded coverage and eliminate certain

      Whistleblowing: provide anti-retaliation protections for
