Res. 218] Pursuant to clause 3(a)(2) of rule XIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives for the 112th Congress, the Committee on Rules hereby files a supplemental report in order to correct an error in the depiction of Rules Committee Record Vote No. 79. The vote total was incorrectly depicted as 3 yeas and 7 nays. The correct total should have been 3 yeas and 8 nays, with Mr. Reed voting in the negative. The correct depiction is as follows: Rules Committee Record Vote No. 79 Motion by Mr. Polis to make in order and provide the appropriate waivers for amendment #4, offered by himself, which would reduce the amount of troops permanently stationed in Europe from 80,000 to 35,000 and would cut end- strength levels by 7,500; and amendment #12, offered by himself, which would strike all funding for the Office of National Drug Control Policy, commonly known as the Drug Czar.
