commercial cotton-producing States. This action will allow interested
persons additional time to prepare and submit comments.
DATES: We will consider all comments that we receive on or before
February 1, 2007.

Federal Register (71 FR 63707-63717, Docket No. APHIS-2006-0002) a
proposal to establish domestic boll weevil regulations that would

commercial cotton-producing States. The proposed regulations would help
