AGENCY: Defense Acquisition Regulations System, Department of Defense 
(DoD).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making a technical amendment to the Defense Federal 
Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to update a cross-reference 
within the DFARS text.
