The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and will be open to the public, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors will be subject to security checks. This Sunshine Act notice is being issued because a majority of the Commission may attend the meeting. The agenda for the meeting includes panel discussions concerning the definitions of ``swap dealer,'' ``security-based swap dealer,'' ``major swap participant,'' and ``major security-based swap participant'' in the context of certain authority that Section 712(d)(1) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act granted the Agencies.
