Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County; Notice of 
Availability of Environmental Assessment

    In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 
and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's regulations, 18 CFR part 
380, the Office of Energy Projects has reviewed Public Utility District 
No. 2 of Grant County's proposed shoreline management plan (SMP) for 
the Priest Rapids Hydroelectric Project, located on the mid-Columbia 
River in portions of Grant, Yakima, Kittitas, Douglas, Benton, and 
Chelan Counties, Washington, and has prepared an environmental 
assessment (EA) of the SMP.
    A copy of the EA is on file with the Commission and is available 
for public inspection. The EA may also be viewed on the Commission's 
Web site at http://www.ferc.gov using the ``eLibrary'' link. Enter the 
docket number (P-2114) excluding the last three digits in the docket

    Any comments on the EA should be filed by July 23, 2011, and should
