SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of Indiana dated 12/07/2011.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Tornadoes.
    Incident Period: 11/14/2011.
    Effective Date: 12/07/2011.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/06/2012.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/07/2012.
