ACTION: Amendment 3.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of 
Virginia (FEMA--4042-DR), dated 11/10/2011.
    Incident: Earthquake.
    Incident Period: 08/23/2011 through 10/25/2011.
    Effective Date: 12/28/2011.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/09/2012.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/10/2012.

Virginia, dated 11/10/2011, is hereby amended to include the following 
areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Culpeper, Northampton.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
