North American Electric Reliability Corporation; Notice of Filing
Take notice that on March 16, 2012, the North American Electric
Reliability Corporation (NERC) submitted a filing proposing to amend
the NERC Glossary Definition by modifying reference to the defined term
``Cascading Outages'' to ``Cascading outages'' within the definition of
Interconnection Reliability Operating Limit, approved in the
Commission's Final Rule issued December 27, 2007 on NERC's Proposed
Facilities Design, Connections and Maintenance Reliability
