Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

[Docket No. CP13-1-000]

WBI Energy Transmission, Inc.; Notice of Request Under Blanket
Authorization

Take notice that on October 4, 2012 WBI Energy Transmission, Inc
(WBI Energy), 1250 West Century Avenue, Bismark, North Dakota, 58503,
filed in Docket No. CP13-1-000, a Prior Notice request pursuant to
sections 157.205 and 157.216 of the Commission's Regulations under the
Natural Gas Act for authorization to abandon storage facilities at its
Baker Storage Reservoir in Fallon County, Montana. Specifically, WBI
Energy proposes to abandon one natural gas storage well (Well 23) and
its associated 4-inch diameter well line measuring approximately 125
feet (Well Line 23). Well 23 has not been utilized since November 2011
due to sub-surface damage and unsuccessful repair attempts. WBI Energy
has determined that plugging and abandoning the well is the best course
of action, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on
file with the Commission and open to public inspection. The filing may
also be viewed on the Web at http://www.ferc.gov using the ``eLibrary''
link. Enter the docket number excluding the last three digits in the
