The Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start, is proposing to renew, without changes, the authority to require certain record keeping in all programs as provided for in 45 CFR part 1304 Head Start Program Performance Standards. These standards prescribe the services that Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide to enrolled children and their families.
